- If you used bar coded tags last time and plan to bring any of the items to this sale without retagging, you must transfer the items to the new sale using the manage inventory section of the online tagging system – (see the tagging section of this site for more info).
- NVCE uses color to denote donation or pick-up status regardless of what is on the tag. White tags mean you wish to donate unsold items to charity, colored tags mean you will pick up any unsold items.
- Do not use gray, cream or light yellow tags. They appear white under the florescent light and we are unable to tell whether you meant to donate or not. Again, white means donate.
- Tags are to be made of 60 lb. or better card, in white or a solid pastel or bright color. Paper should not have any texture on it at all.
- All electronics must have working batteries at check in so we can check that they work, you can then remove them if you must.
